My name is Monica Arora - I came into your office for an appointment on Monday morning due to pain on my upper left molar, an appointment time which I was fortunate to receive after Dr. Rauchberg himself called me on Sunday regarding my voicemail explaining my severe pain in that area.
I just want to say that I have never been to a dentist appointment after which I was so happy and in such good spirits! Everyone from the friendly staff who handles your insurance claims (Daun in particular) to the dental hygienists (Annie, I believe) to the dentists (Dr. Silva and Dr. Rauchberg) are nothing short of absolute professionals and experts in their field.
It is apparent that everyone in your office enjoys their job and has a talent for communicating with patients. I never thought I'd say this, but I am actually looking forward to coming back to the dentist again!

Going to the dentist when I was a child is an unpleasant memory. The office was cold and smelled weird. The dentist had zero personality and said only two words to me: "Open wide." He used scary tools with strange sounds. And it hurt.
The first thing I noticed at Dr. Rauchberg’s office was the smell of fresh brewed coffee and music. A friendly smile greeted me when I gave my name and I heard laughter from the staff. Obvious they liked their jobs, always a good sign and put my worries at ease.
Over the past months, I had the works: X-rays, cleaning, scaling, cavities filled, an extraction, bridge and crown work, to name a few. Not once was I uncomfortable
