Going to the dentist, when I was a child, is an unpleasant memory. The office was cold and smelled weird. The dentist had zero personality and said only two words to me; "Open wide". He used scary tools with strange sounds. And it hurt.

The first thing I noticed at Dr. Rauchberg’s office was the smell of fresh brewed coffee and music of today. A friendly smile greets me when I gave my name and I hear laughter from the staff. Obvious they like their jobs, always a good sign and puts my worries at ease.
