 Elaine, Registered Dental Hygienist
Elaine has been practicing dental hygiene for 10 years, and has been part of our team for 10 years as well. She received an Associate's Degree in Applied Sciences from Essex County College, and her Associate's Degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Medicine and Dentistry-Newark, NJ.
Over the years, Elaine has enjoyed developing strong bonds and trust with our patients, and loves helping and educating each one on the importance of good oral hygiene. In her spare time, Elaine loves to keep current on the latest in hygiene and dentistry, traveling, shopping, and spending time with her husband Rob and son, Derek.
 Kandy, Registered Dental Assistant
She graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry. She has worked in the dental field for over ten years.
When not working she enjoys spending time with friends and family as well as traveling.
Daun, Dental Assistant
She is the newest member of our team. Daun graduated from Berdan Institute in 2001 and has worked in the dental field as an assistant for 9 years. She is very happy to be part of the Rauchberg Dental team.
When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Jason and their daughter, Mikayla. Daun loves cooking and traveling.

Meet The Team
Our Staff
 Lisa, Practice Manager and Registered Dental Assistant
Lisa has served patients for nearly 30 years. She and her husband, Michael, have two adult children. Craig, a graduate of Hofstra University, is a teacher and coach for the Parsippany School district. Lindsay is a junior in college and plays softball for Kean University.
 Lori, Dental Practice Administrator
Lori has been in dental administration for over thirty years. Lori and her husband, Joe have a daughter, Jenna who will be entering college in the Fall.
Mickey, Registered Dental Hygienist
Mickey earned her biology degree from Rutgers University. Her associates in dental hygiene was earned from Bergen Community College. Of her 11 years as a RDH, 9 years have been spent serving Rauchberg Dental Group’s patient. Meeting new patients and developing relationships with them is important to Mickey. She enjoys making a difference in patients’ lives, learning new concepts in dentistry and teaching patients about dental treatments and homecare techniques.
Away from the office, Mickey spends time with her husband, Zabeh, and children, Aryan, Zachary and Bilal. She also likes event planning and fund raising coordination. Future goals are to make a difference in humanity. But right now she is busy with working and raising her kids.
Antoinette, Registered Dental Hygienist
With an associate's degree in dental hygiene from Bergen Community College, Antoinette is pursuing her bachelor's degree at University of Bridgeport. She has worked in the dental field for two years and particularly enjoys making an impact on the positive oral health of her patients, as well as seeing the amazing results of smile makeovers. Antoinette has won the Mentoring Moms Award twice, community service awards for Give Kids a Smile Day, Bergen County Community Service Award, and she volunteers for the Special Olympics. Antoinette has two children, Rachel and Lisa. After work, she enjoys beading, drawing, crafting, and time with her family.
 Marina, Registered Dental Assistant
For eight years, Marina has worked in dentistry. She earned her RDA from Berdan Institute. She loves being a part of the Rauchberg Dental Group Team.
When she is not at work, Marina spends time with her husband Roberto, and two children Elias and Juliana .
 Burcu, Sterilization
Burcu is attending Rutgers University and is majoring in medicine.
She has been employed with us since 2006 and loves her job! During her free time she likes to play basketball and hang out with her friends.
 Eileen, Sterilization
Eileen is attending Montclair State University where she is majoring in psychology. She has worked for us since 2007 and she loves her job! Eileen enjoys shopping, cooking and being with her family.
