Caring General Dentist – Parsippany, NJ

Get to Know Dr. Manal Kazi

Parsippany New Jersey dentist Manal Kazi D M D

As one of our dedicated dentists, Dr. Kazi loves being able to change her patients’ perception of dentistry from the ground up. Many people have negative or even traumatic experiences at the dentist’s office even though good oral healthcare should be the opposite of that. Not only does she work hard to alleviate their discomfort and help them feel confident about their smiles again here at Rauchberg Dental Group, but she also takes pride in shifting their outlook in a long-lasting way! Keep reading below to learn more about her.

Why Did You Want to Become a Dentist?

No one in Dr. Kazi’s family was a dentist while she was growing up, but the field still called to her early on. She knew that her future job needed to have an artistic aspect to it, and she definitely had an amazing eye for detail as well. While exploring potential professions (both healthcare-related and not), she realized that the dental field was the perfect fit for her strengths and passions – and she was right!

Where Did You Study Dentistry?

Dr. Kazi completed both her undergraduate degree and her dental doctorate at Rutgers. Since then, she has attended a great deal of continuing education courses, both in-person and online. She is also an active member of several study clubs. Dentistry is constantly changing for the better, and she strongly believes in lifelong learning! Some of her advanced training includes CEREC same-day technology and Invisalign. Today, she is a member of the American Dental Association, New Jersey Dental Association, New York Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and Spear Education.

Outside of the Dental Office, What Do You Like to Do?

A Parsippany native, Dr. Kazi comes from a small, close-knit family that loves spending time together. They’re all big foodies, so they particularly enjoy looking up new recipes, making dishes, or seeking out new food experiences in the city. As for personal hobbies, you can often find her trying new desserts, traveling (she hopes to see the Northern Lights someday), having good conversations with friends, and watching reruns of Friends. She’s probably seen every episode at least 50 times!
