Dr. Joel Rauchberg

The founding member of Rauchberg Dental Group, Joel Rauchberg obtained his undergraduate degree from Albright College in Reading, Pennsylvania before attending dental school at Temple University, where he earned his DDS. He completed his general residency at Homestead Air Force Base.

Dr. Joel Rauchberg is a member of several distinguished professional organizations, including:

  • American Dental Association
  • New Jersey Dental Association
  • Tri-County Dental Association (past president)
  • Academy of General Dentistry with Mastership Degree
  • American Academy of Dental Practice Administration

In addition, he has been a delegate to NJDA, Council of Insurance-NJDA, past president of Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity, treasurer and past president of the New Jersey Pankey Mann Schuyler Study Group, and he holds Mason and Shriner memberships.

Dr. Joel Rauchberg participates in a school dental health program, and in an effort to continue educating others, he has published an essay on the program. He is married to Liz, and they have three grown children, Alan, Steven, Tracy. After hours, Dr. Rauchberg keeps fit by playing tennis and enjoys time with his grandchildren.

Dr. Alan Rauchberg

Alan Rauchberg graduated in 1984 from Parsippany High School, and then attended the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor and the University of Maryland at College Park. He earned his DMD from Temple University in Philadelphia before completing a one-year general residency at MCP Hospital, which is also in Philadelphia.

Dr. Rauchberg has also attended the Pankey Institute and the Dawson Center, two prestigious postgraduate dental training institutions. His professional affiliations include:

  • Academy of General Dentistry
  • New Jersey Dental Association
  • Tri-County Dental Association
  • American Academy of Dental Practice Administration (Board Member)
  • New Jersey Pankey Mann Study Group
  • Morris Seminars (Seattle Study Club)

In addition, Dr. Alan Rauchberg is a member and past president of the Parsippany Rotary Club, was named a Paul Harris Fellow, and continues to remain current in the dental field through continuing education courses.

Happily married, Dr. Alan Rauchberg and his wife, Maureen, have three children, Jessica, Jake, and Cameron. He is a big sports fan of all kinds: baseball, football, soccer, tennis, and golf. He also loves to travel and cook.
